Clifford said the business did a great job. Nonetheless, the warranty issue, rattling in the dash, was not resolved. He mentioned that the affiliated service department needs more training on how to carefully handle customers' vehicles. His vehicle was run into another vehicle while at the service department and the business tried to give him the vehicle back damaged.
