Thomas said he would only rate his overall experience with Momentum BMW Body Shop with a 4 because there was a problem with communication. The vehicle was not ready when promised and it was one day late and they did not say why. He said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he had to call them to get updated. Also, he was not satisfied with the shop's communication because he was not kept informed properly. The online update was not kept up on a daily basis. He was disappointed.
