Monica said this business kept her vehicle for close to three months. She said she felt she was getting the runaround. She has to take her vehicle back to them because there is a knocking sound. She finds this an inconvenience because of her job and hates asking her boss for time off. She was not kept informed until she called her insurance company to tell them what was going on and could they find out. She understood they were waiting on parts but she would have liked for them to call her and let her know of the progress. She had to keep calling them. She would not recommend this business to others and would stay away from them because of the reasons mentioned. She did not have a pleasant experience. In the end, the representative she was working with became a little bit more attentive.
