Seman said the quality of the finished product was better than when he bought his vehicle. There was always a fit defect where the body and bumper attached, so it was slightly slanted, but the bumper is now lined up. He said he will keep this vehicle for 100 years. They did a beautiful job. This business never told him how long the work would take, but he had a loaner vehicle and he did not have a problem. He said every day he received an email with a progress update and the communication was superb. He bought his MKLT Lincoln from Southwest Lincoln, which doesn't exist anymore, but he wasn't pleased with his service experience at Sterling McCall. When he had the issue with the grill on his vehicle he chose this business because he had bought a new vehicle from Momentum BMW and he had a relationship with them in sales and service. This business was also on the insurance company's list. He said he doesn't plan on having another accident, but if he does he'll definitely return to this business. He was truly impressed. If they stay as they are they'll forever be on his good side.

Steven said the business does a very good job. The repair tracker is not useful though, and the information is outdated. Steven said the business didn't keep him well informed, because when he contacted the business all he got was recordings.

John said the vehicle took 4 months to fix because parts had to come from overseas. There were a couple of estimated times and the vehicle was ready by the second estimated time. This business kept him very well informed of the progress of the parts acquisition throughout this experience. He complimented the personnel and especially Randy, the manager. He mentioned his wife said the repair is meticulous and it makes up for the terribly long wait.
