Andrew said Terry did a really good job of keeping him updated. There were some short delays but Terry explained it to him. He is always satisfied with the quality of the repairs they do. This was his second time going there for repairs and both times the quality was great. They extended the promised time by a little because there was difficulty getting the adjustor to the facility, parts were delayed and getting the quote took longer than expected. He chose not to elaborate how late it was. He was definitely treated well by them. The texts he received were easy to check and he did not have to call in too much. The system they have in place for keeping him updated is great. He would definitely recommend them to others.
