Waqas said they had his vehicle for three weeks. They were not communicating with him for the first two weeks. Brandon his service advisor did a great job. He said his vehicle was finished at least a week later then the promise date but he does not know why. Some other people at the business he spoke with about his vehicle seemed to not care very much. They did a poor job of keeping him the loop.
