Anne said everytime she deals with this business she has to follow up with this business herself to find out if her vehicle was ready. She was not kept informed during her repair process because someone from this business should have called and informed her. The original quote she was given changed and she had to pay a couple hundred more dollars than she was originally quoted. This business did not reach out to her and she had to contact them herself. She would recommend this business to others only if they had a BMW.
