Yacoub said he had to wait about three months longer to receive his vehicle than he had expected because of a parts delay. Afterwards he had to bring the vehicle back because there was still an issue with it. After he received it the second time he had to bring it back over a programming issue. The business did provide him a rental vehicle during this experience. He was not happy with the person who prepared his estimate because they left before they finished it and the manager had to find someone else to finish the estimate. He would recommend them because of the quality of their work.
