Eleanor said this business did what they were supposed to do, but it took too long. It took five weeks to complete her vehicle because they were waiting for parts. When she received her vehicle, they put in new brakes and charged her for them when she was still under warranty. They did refund what she was charged, but she said it was still unpleasant.
