Kelcey said this business did not keep her up to date very well. Her vehicle was three days late because the business ordered the wrong stickers. She said is unsure if she was satisfied with the way she was kept informed because, even though she was sent text messages, she felt she could have received more information from a person. She had to initiate contact with this business on more than one occasion, including when her vehicle was not ready on time.
