Elizabeth said the experience at this business was great, but they took 4 weeks to return her vehicle and there are nicks in the tint in the back left window and the driver side window. There is also an unspecified piece that is chipped in the back. Her vehicle was one week late with no reason given by this business. She was not satisfied with the way she was kept informed because it took two weeks before she received her first notification. There was no communication. She had to initiate contact to see why her vehicle was late. She is waiting for a call from the person who in charge of her estimate to see when she goes back to the business to get the unresolved issues resolved.
