Vincent said they did not return his calls they also did not fix the bumper because he could see the space in the work that was done. They kept his vehicle a week longer and did not want to pay for the rental and he felt like the advisor was ignoring him. After he told him about the bumper he said he could have taken it to the service department and got it fixed. He was not satisfied with the communication or the way he was treated for the reasons mentioned. At that point he was fed up so he will not recommend this facility.
