Shawn said there were missed deadlines and no follow through. He said the delivery time of the vehicle was changed several times during the repair and chose not to elaborate on the reason for the delay or the length of it. He was not kept informed during the repair of the vehicle. When he called to ask about his vehicle during the time of the delay his calls were not returned. The communication is due to the facility not returning his calls. He would not recommend due to the above mentioned concerns.
