Spoke with Fatima. She stated she rated her overall satisfaction with Momentum BMW Mini Body Shop a 2 because when she got her vehicle back the back screen of the vehicle was broken. She stated her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. She noted it took an additional 2 or 3 weeks due to a parts delay. She said she wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because he failed to add the broken screen. She stated as a result of the broken screen the radar for navigation isn't working.

The broken screen that Fatima is speaking about is actually the antenna mounted on top of the rear window. This was something that should have been caught when the rear glass was replaced. Unfortunately, the contractor who does our glass repairs failed to mention it to Fatima's estimator. When Fatima returned two weeks after picking up her car to inform us of the problem, a supplement request was submitted.
