Graciela said she was not completely satisfied with her overall experience because of the length of time it took to get her vehicle back. They did not give a promised ready time and they kept extending the ready time for different reasons. She was satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel. Robert did an excellent job and Rich was a little rough around the edges. Their communication could have been a little better.
