Peter said his vehicle was delayed a week due to a delay on parts. He had to call them to get updates on his vehicle. Each time he called, he asked them to please keep in touch with him and they said they would, but it never happened. He would still recommend them since everything worked out in the end. He chose not to evaluate the estimate because it does not make a difference to him when he only had to pay the deductable.

Unfortunately parts delays are sometimes unavoidable. As far as the communication problem goes, we are constantly striving to improve. We have implemented a new web based communication system which sends updates via email and text message. I am glad that everything worked out in the end and ensure that if Peter ever returns, he will not have the same comunication issues.
