Spoke with Steve. He said he knows there were some issues with communication with this business. His vehicle also had to go back a second time because something was wrong with it. However, he was satisfied with the quality of the repair this time. His vehicle was delayed by 3 days but he does not know why. The employees did not keep him adequately updated, and their communication was virtually nonexistent. He would not recommend them because it did not seem like they did a good job providing service.
