Christopher said there was a little problem with communication getting them to call him back and give him updates, but overall his experience was okay. He wasn't entirely satisfied with communication since it was adequate, but it just wasn't what he'd expected from BMW. He'd definitely recommend this business. He's using them again this week for another vehicle. He chose them after researching the Internet, and their work is really good.
