Sherilyn said everything at this business was done to her standards, and her standards are very high. She received daily text messages from this business and they provided great customer service. Her insurance company prepared the estimate and she was not satisfied with that. The insurance said it would cost $300 to get the vehicle repaired and the labor would be on hour's worth. However, the service was 2 and a half weeks long and their labor estimates were off. She and the employees at this facility agreed that the insurance should have predicted the time better. She was absolutely satisfied with the way she was treated by the employees, and she dealt with Steve. She would definitely recommend this facility, and she extends her appreciation to Steve.
