Jay said it took 4 weeks to have his vehicle return to him. They did not remount the license plate holder or the license plate to the bumper of his vehicle and his daughter keys were not returned. He said they will have to make 2 trips to have the keys picked up and have the license plate remounted. They live approximately 30 miles from the business. The business actually helped him out because his insurance refused all the damages from the accident. They did everything they could do to get this done by the time provided by the insurance. His daughter noticed the license plate and holder in the trunk of the vehicle. He said the paint matches for being an older vehicle. He noticed they buffed the whole vehicle because he had done some work on it previously and there were swirl marks and they are gone. The color looks great and they did a very good job. He did not drop the vehicle off so he is unsure if there was a time provided of when the vehicle would be ready. He is also unsure about the estimate being given, since he was not there. His daughter said the text messages did not match what she told over the phone, there were inaccuracies. He spoke with Joe or Jose who was very informative. He said his daughter called and left messages and they took considerable time in getting back to her. This is the closet BMW place to his home.
