Kirk said he had to take the vehicle back because the alignment was off. He was happy with the overall service, but had to wait 1 month longer than he originally thought due to parts delay. He was also very happy with the communication, while his vehicle was being repaired. He chose them because they were the only Range Rover facility that had availability.
