Jerry said the emails this business sent him were conflicting with what his technician was telling him. The email promise date for his vehicle and the advisors promise time did not match. He told this business he needed his vehicle done by Tuesday or at the end of the week because he will be out of town. This business sent him an email on Wednesday night telling him his vehicle was ready to be picked up and this caused his rental company to charge him for his rental vehicle because he needed it until the end of the week. He was not kept informed well during his experience because the email updates and the technician updates were conflicting. He was not satisfied with the person that prepared his estimate because they made his experience take longer. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because of the previously stated issues and the manager did not want to hear about the issues he was having. He was not satisfied with the communication this business provided because of the previously stated issues. He asked this business to touch up his bumper because there was a small issue with the paint and they just touched it up like were using finger paint. He would not recommend this business to others due to this experience.
