Foosun said she was very dissatisfied with this business. She brought her vehicle to the business because the window was broken and there were scratches on the body. The business told her they would repair the window but then she would have to take it to another location to have the body work done. The only reason she brought her vehicle to this business was because it was convenient and very close to her work and home. The other location was very far away and she would not be able to get a ride home from there so she practically begged the staff to do it at this location. The staff said she was dumping her vehicle on them. She thought that between the two locations, someone could transport it there and back if the scratches could not be done at this business. She had to go through hell to get the staff to take the vehicle and as a paying customer she should not have to go through that much trouble to get the vehicle fixed. She also has an extended warranty for 7 years and asked the business for a loaner vehicle but they said they could not give her one. Since she could not get a loaner vehicle, she asked to use the business shuttle to go to work but the staff told her she could only use it that day. The business had her vehicle for 1 week just for the window which they said could be done that day and 2 or 3 2-inch long scratches. The business should not have taken that long to fix the vehicle so she was extremely disappointed. She has been buying Volkswagens for the last few years and will never buy another one. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. The business told her the repairs would take 2-3 days and she did not get it back for 1 week. The business said the delay was because she did not take it to the other location and if she would have taken it there herself, it would have been finished faster. This business really did not provide good customer service. She was not kept informed during the repair process, she called them. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated.
