Muataz said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint work was not done well and there were scratches on his vehicle. There were some scratches on the top and fender of his vehicle. He said they did not wash his vehicle well and the windows were very dirty. His vehicle was an hour and a half late because they had to fix some things that were not done correctly and they forgot to wash it. They never called him and he had to keep calling them to keep updated on his vehicle. He was told he would receive emails everyday regarding the status, but he never received any emails. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because he paid $3,500 cash for a cheap job. He could have had the same repair done for $1,500 at other places. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because Robert was very rude and was angry at him when he brought up issues about his vehicle. He would not recommend this facility to others because of this experience.
