Frank said he was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair service. His repair service was completed 3-4 days earlier than promised. He especially liked the email updated information, it was cool. They also provided him with courtesy phone calls. He liked the receptionist and also the representative who worked with the insurance company. Momentum BMW was easy to do business with, and everyone was fantastic. Frank stated the representatives made a stressful situation not so bad. He wasn't sure how things would turn out in the end. However, the representatives made him feel comfortable, and they performed a superb job.
