Giovanna said the estimate was off, the work was delayed, and the representative never called. She said the representative told her he couldn't call and that he left messages, but she had not received any messages. The work was perfect and she was happy with it. The business tried to repair the bumper, but it needed to be replaced, so the vehicle was ready a few days late. She said she decided to pay out-of-pocket for the replacement bumper, but the estimate this business gave her was $400 more than they would charge the insurance company. She said she was disappointed and she did not understand why it was marked up. She went with the insurance instead. She said she called them a few times. The representative she worked with was nice and they gave her the information she needed, but she was unhappy that they did not call her. She said the receptionist was lovely and she is very happy with the personnel.
