Spoke with Kenneth. He said it took them two months to repair the vehicle. He said the business kept changing the due date. They forgot to order parts and they found additional damage. The business paid for their rental vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication because he had to contact them first for information. He would not recommend the business based on this experience.
