Irina said she would not recommend this business because after she left she found a couple problems with her vehicle. The seal on her passenger side window was ripped off and scratched. The knob for her navigation system was missing as well and she will be returning to this business to have these issues resolved.

Irina brought her car to Momentum BMW Mini-Body Shop solely for a rear bumper repair. The additional problems that the customer found in her vehicle were thought to be preexisting conditions. Her navigation knob had been repaired under warranty in June, 2010. Although the problems with Irina’s car appeared to be unrelated to the repairs done by Momentum BMW Mini Body Shop, the initiative was taken to make Irina happy by making additional repairs to her car.
