Kyle said his vehicle was 1 week late and he does not know exactly why, but he thinks it was because of a parts delay. There is one issue he is still dealing with. There is a broken trim that goes over his rear hatch in his trunk that is completely sheared off and the business says his warranty does not cover it. He just bought his vehicle 2 months ago for $42,000 so it should be covered. His wife hit a pole so it could not have been damaged in the accident. The service guy went to the warranty department and tried to get it replaced for him. He is going to be scheduling a meeting with them in the next two weeks. He spoke with the manager Mike this morning.
