Review for Momentum BMW Mini-Body Shop
Subu R. on 04/29/2013
Subu said she's unhappy with this business. She had to return to this business 3 times because they didn't put 2 lights in the right place, and never realigned the bumper correctly. The lights and the bumper are still not right. She was supposed to return to them a fourth time next week, but might go to another repair business to correctly fix her bumper and lights. One of the times she returned to this business she received her vehicle back with one light turned up, and one light turned down. When she pointed this out to the representative, he asked her what she preferred, the lights turned up, or the lights turned down. Subu wants the lights like they were when she purchased her vehicle. She mentioned a BMW business shouldn't be asking her about light placement or bumper alignment. She can put her little finger through the gap in the bumper. After her most recent repair she had the New York BMW dealership where she purchased this vehicle, send her a picture of her vehicle. When she got the picture it confirmed everything she's been trying to explain to this business, including placement of lights and the bumper. The person helping her at this business is trying to be helpful, but he doesn't believe her issues with the vehicle. The first time she brought her vehicle back to them she was told the vehicle was fine when she picked it up, and she must have gotten into an accident. Subu didn't get into an accident. She had gone to Australia for a couple of weeks. She told the person who was helping her she would be glad to pay out of pocket for the repairs if that would insure the quality of the repair. Subu mentioned this business doesn't know how her vehicle is supposed to look, and the person helping her is acting like it is a personal preference.
