Christopher said this facility didn't give him realistic expectations for how long the work would take. He said he was told the vehicle would be ready on a certain day but then they changed the due date three different times. He picked the vehicle up on Friday and he had to take it back because the buttons on the rear tailgate were switched and not working. The vehicle was ready a week later than promised and he was told there were issues with the quality control. He said they initially kept him informed during the repair process, but then the person he was working with went on vacation. He said after that he had to call them for updates quite a bit. He said he did not care for the way he was treated because they didn't meet his expectations for when the vehicle would be ready. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.
