The customer said he noticed the repairs on his vehicle were improperly done and he had to get the work redone. He was not kept adequately informed, the business told him that he was put in an electronic update system. For three weeks he did not receive any messages from the business until he called them. He was not put into the system until he called them. He is not satisfied with the communication and he would not recommend the business because of the reasons stated.

Momentum BMW Mini Body Shop has an electronic update system in use to help resolve communcation issues with customers. Unfortunately, there is still room for human error. The email address which was given was incorrect thus all notifications were going out to the wrong person. Once the email was corrected in the system, all correspondence issues were resolved.
