Jean said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the part was dented and she was told that she was going to get a new part, but this business just tried to straighten it out. Her vehicle was 4 days late because Alex lied to her and told her they were waiting on the part to come in. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, nor was she satisfied with the communication because she had to call to know the status of the vehicle.The receptionist was wonderful, but Alex was not. Alex made her call the insurance company multiple times to make sure they would pay for the rental vehicle and she felt he was not proactive about anything. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
