Sami said he was not completely satisfied overall because the vehicle was not clean at pick up time. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because a paint chip has already started. His vehicle was not ready when promised because it took them an hour to find the vehicle, and it was not clean inside or outside. That took an extra day. He was not satisfied with their communication because they told him to come pick up the vehicle, but it was not there for an hour. Their communication also needed improvement because he left them E-mails and messages asking if the vehicle was ready, but he did not hear back. He would not recommend them because of their communication, the dirty vehicle, and because obtaining a rental from Enterprise took 2 hours even though Enterprise was associated with the business.
