Spoke with Hilary. She said they took over two and a half months to repair her vehicle because they were backed up. It was only supposed to take 12 days. They did not communicate with her and they would not return her calls. She had to keep calling them to find out the status of her vehicle. When she got her vehicle back it had dents and scratch marks that weren't there before. There were also fingerprints in the paint on the hood. Her insurance company told her how long it was supposed to take because the facility did not communicate with her throughout the process. She had to pay $600 to do the repair work. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated and the communication because of the reasons mentioned above. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
