Joanetta said it took 30 days for this business to repair her vehicle. They never gave a promise date but had ordered the wrong part and this took additional time. The panel on the back of her vehicle was not properly secured and she needs to bring the vehicle back for additional repairs. The Volvo logo that was attached to her trailer hitch was not reattached after repairs. She has asked this business to mail her the logo because she lives too far away. She is still waiting on the logo. The online updates were virtually worthless to her. She could not understand the language used in the updates and had to call this business and inquire on the status of her vehicle a number of times. She would not recommend this business to others because of these reasons. The representatives were warm and considerate and even gave her a voucher for a taxi cab so she could get to the airport.
