Mark said when he arrived to pick up his vehicle the paper work was not ready. There was a part close to the brakes which was rubbing and the vehicle had to be returned to have this adjusted. When the vehicle was returned he was provided with a loaner vehicle while the repair was completed. Mark had to wait thirty minutes for the paper work to be completed on the day he arrive to pick up his vehicle. He especially liked getting emails while the vehicle was being repaired.
