Nancy said everything went well but she had to return to the business the next day because the check engine light came on. She returned to the business the next day and discovered that the business forgot a $1,000 part. It took another week for them to replace the water pump. Her vehicle was originally delayed by two weeks because there was a delay with the insurance company. Her vehicle looks really good and it is running great. Everyone at the business was very sweet. The woman who answered the phones was very nice and Robert did an excellent job of taking care of the situation with the rental vehicle.
