Kudy said that they were hard to get a hold of and kept putting her off. She had the insurance call them and make them send the right paperwork. The visit took 2 months for different reasons. They wanted to charge her a lot of money for the rental vehicle. There are some scratches remaining. The vehicle was supposed to be done in two weeks but it took so long because they were not doing what they were supposed to do by contacting the insurance company. She had to do all the calling and her representative was not available to speak with her. She stated that the estimate was not ok but did not elaborate. The guy should have called her and not told her he did things that he was not doing. She was not happy with the communication for the listed reasons. For these reasons, she wouldn't recommend this business.
