Loya said they missed some things on the back of her vehicle and she had to take it back. After they fixed them she noticed another problem and took it back again. That caused an additional delay while they waited for a part. She did not elaborate on what the problems were. They fixed everything to her satisfaction but it took about 3 weeks longer than they first promised.
