Spoke with Rhonda. Rhonda said the vehicle was at the business 2 months and it felt like they could have built a whole new vehicle because it was gone so long. She was not aware of the business giving a promised time but the repair took way too long in her opinion. The business did email frequently which helped. The problem was caused by delays in parts acquisition. She would not recommend this business because of the length of the repair and because they had to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket for a rental.
