Enrique said this business had no professionalism or customer service. He chose not to evaluate the repairs but mentioned he was given the vehicle with several bulbs out and the battery was not good. He also mentioned that this business has had the vehicle for 3 or 4 months for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. It was due to a parts delay. Also he stated that they did not answer his calls or return his calls in a timely manner. He said the vehicle is at this business right now because they have been charging the battery for 2 days. They called him today about 1:00 pm to tell him that the battery is not taking a charge and he needs to get another battery. For these reasons he would not recommend this business nor will he use this business.
