Derrick said the business did a good job on the repairs but he had to chase them to have the job done right. The repairs took 5 days longer than promised because the business had to reorder parts that came in damaged. He had to continually call the business for updates on the progress of his repairs. The business promised the repairs would be completed in 3 days as he made it very clear he needed his vehicle back in 3 days. The repairs were not completed on time and he would have appreciated if the business had called him to inform him of the delay instead of him having to call them. The business told him he could take his vehicle home while they waited on the new part but he had to tell them if he did so they would not be able to match the paint refinish. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because when he arrived 2 days after the estimate he could not find the estimate paper work and took quite a while to find it, delaying the repairs. He said he would not recommend the business for reasons already stated.
