Spoke with Michael's wife. She said she is very upset at the way her experience went. She took her brand new vehicle in just to get a trunk put on. It took close to 3 weeks to get her vehicle back. Her husband had to call several times because no one would call him back and let him know what was going on. Her husband was told they were waiting on a bracket. This business is an hour away from her house and she could have taken her vehicle anywhere else. She had to call the person who sold her the vehicle in order to get the vehicle back. She was never contacted by the insurance company, so she's not sure what happened with the claim. She will never recommend this business to anyone based on this experience.
