Juan said the business personnel did a good job, but he will only rate his overall experience with this shop with a 4 because he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He said he had to call them to get updated, they did not call him. Therefore, he was not satisfied with the shop's communication. He would have appreciated their calling and updating him rather than his calling them.
