Raymond said the finish isn't good, so he's heading back. He said the vehicle looks good, but when he opens the door he can see that the paint is chipping already. He said between the sales department and this business he wasn't kept adequately informed and this business had his vehicle for close to three weeks to do a simple repair. The only time he knew what was going on was when he stopped by. The salesman was too busy to keep him informed about what was going on and no one from this department contacted him. The vehicle came in damaged from a European delivery and the issue was being taken care of in house through the sales department.
