Brian said he is not happy with the results of his repair. The repair took a long time to be completed and he had to return the vehicle because there were problems with the work. He said when he put the vehicle in reverse the suspension would pop and the windshield wiper fluid tank had a leak. When he took the vehicle to get an oil change the oil pan was tied on with plastic ties. The clips on the trim were broken or not replaced and the trim was left in the cargo area of the vehicle. The wheel sensor was not corrected and it is not recording properly. He said the windshield wipers were not working, but he had the problem resolved at a different location. They did not set a due date. He said he had to call the facility to get information about the repair. He is not satisfied with the communication because when the repair started it went very well, but as the repair progressed they did not update the website with some information and when he called they told him they were still waiting on things. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
