Molly said it took longer to get her vehicle back than they initially told her it would take. She got her vehicle back three weeks late because of quality control issues. They had to redo some of the work. She chose not to elaborate. She insisted she was kept adequately informed during the repair process, and was satisfied with this business's communication, but the person who helped her with everthing was difficult to reach. That person was good keeping her informed at the end of repairs and sent her email status updates.
