Jorge said he needed more information regarding the ready time because the repair took too long. The promised time was around a week and it took a month because parts had to be ordered. He had to call the facility a few times for the updates. He did not deal with the estimate and did not speak to anyone about it. He dealt with Jose and he was fine with him but he was not happy with the person who delivered his vehicle to him. He was not as polite and lacked customer service skills. He acted as if he was doing him a favor. The communication was not the best due to lack of updates and there is lots of room for improvement.
