Jan said the repair process took a long time. The vehicle was delayed from three weeks to almost two months. There was an issue getting the parts. The staff was great. They bent over backwards to pay for the rental because the insurance company only covered three weeks. Omar did a great job. When he could not answer questions she was referred to Randy. Randy is the manager and did everything he could to make sure she was happy. Omar and Randy were very nice, accommodating and sympathetic.
